Q: What is the quality of your banners?
A: Our banners are made out of 13oz thick banner material that is made for
both indoor and outdoor use, both sun and waterproof.
This is a perfect size material because it is just thick enough to meet your
durability expectations as well as light enough to be practical and economical.
Q: What are the grommets for?
A: Grommets are brass rings put on the edges of your banners to help you
hang the banners. Banners can be held by rope or simply by sticking a pushpin
inside a grommet. All of our banners are sewn and grommeted for FREE!
Q: Will I be able to use my banner again?
A: Yes, our banners material is very durable. You will be able to roll it up and
store it for your next big occasion.
Q: How much is the shipping and when will i get my banner?
A: There are 3 types of shipping and production times available for
customer
1. Regular Production and Shipping ($9.50) - the customer will receive
banner 2-5 days after the day ordered (depending on geographic location)
2. Express Production and Shipping ($20.00)- the customer will receive
banner 1-3 days after the day ordered (depending on geographic location)
3. Rush Production and Shipping ($25.00) - the customer will receive
banner 1-2 days after the day ordered.
